Each Graduor ring carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY on materials, gemstones and workmanship. Should it be defective in any way, at any time, we will repair or replace it immediately. Manufacturing and shipping fees may apply.
Extended Protection Plan (Optional) (13.00$)
Graduor undertakes to replace your ring in case of:
- Accidental loss;
- Loss caused by fire;
- Loss by theft;
- Major (accidental) damage
In the event of major damage, Graduor will replace your ring if the breakage is not caused by negligence on your part. Your ring must be returned to us with your claim.
This policy is in addition to your current Graduor warranty and will be in effect for a period of three years from the date of delivery of your ring. This contract is valid for the replacement of your original ring only and can not be applied to the replaced rings.
