Additional guarantee

Each Graduor ring is guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship and workmanship. In case of failure, the ring will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced by an identical or comparable ring without load. Handling and shipping charges apply.

Additional proctection

Graduor undertakes to replace your ring in the box of:

• Accidental loss;
• Loss caused by fire;
• Loss by theft;
• Major (accidental) damage.

In the event of major damage, Graduor will replace your ring if the breakage is not caused by negligence on your part. Your ring must be returned to us with your claim.

This policy is in addition to your current Graduor warranty and will be in effect for a period of three years from the date of delivery of your ring. This contract is valid for the replacement of your original ring only and can not be applied to the replaced rings.

To make a claim, you must complete and return a claim for loss form. You must also return the original envelope and the amount required for handling, franchise and shipping charges.
